Ms. Weiss has had a distinguished career in senior leadership with some of the world’s foremost retailers. She is the founder of The O Alliance, a global consulting network focused on the transformation of consumer commerce.

Ms. Weiss has been Chairwoman of the Board, CEO of two private companies, and prior to forming The O Alliance, she was President of two publicly traded fashion brands, GUESS, and dELiA*s, she was Chief Stores Officer of L Brands, a $14 billion fashion and beauty enterprise. She also held senior executive roles at ANN Inc and The Walt Disney Company.

Currently, Ms. Weiss serves on several public boards including Bed Bath & Beyond (BBBY:NASDAQ), Cracker Barrel Restaurant (CBRL: NASDAQ), O’Reilly Auto (ORLY: NASDAQ) and RPT Realty (RPT:NYSE). She also serves on the Board of The Fischer Company, a private real estate services and technology firm. Ms. Weiss is a senior advisor to leading technology companies, such as Treasure Data, SAP, Zebra Technologies, and TYCO Retail Solutions. Previously, Ms. Weiss served on the boards of Chicos, Nutrisystem, Newgistics, Pep Boys, GSI Commerce, Brookstone and eDiets.

Ms. Weiss has opened doors for women and minorities and is proud to serve as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Hampton University and on the Dean’s Advisory Board at the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University. As a philanthropist, Ms. Weiss, is the Chair of Delivering Good, a 501 (c) 3, listed by Forbes as a Top 100 non-profit.

Ms. Weiss was honored by Crain’s New York as one of “40 Under 40” at age 37 and was named by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) as one of America’s top public company Directors in 2017. She holds the NACD Leadership Fellow and Directorship Certification distinctions and recently completed the Diligent ESG and Climate Leadership Certificate programs. In 2019 and 2022, she was included by Women Inc. magazine as one of the Most Influential Corporate Board Directors.

Ms. Weiss holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University and a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University. She also completed post-graduate studies at Harvard Business School and The Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
