Bridget Schultz
Bridget is Partner and Principal at Sinicorp LLC. She provides advisory, assessment, and implementation of full scope talent life cycle needs with special focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Key HR functions include talent acquisition and recruitment, onboarding, development and performance management, and offboarding. Her most recent focus has been consulting with Nonprofits.
In addition to advising C-Suite and senior leaders, Bridget has experience in change management for large organizational changes such as mergers and acquisitions, technology adoptions, as well as assessing HR practices to provide recommendations, strategies and action plans for improvement and adoption of change. She believes that talent is critical to achieving organizational goals.
Bridget has over a decade of experience in human capital consulting with Deloitte Consulting and Capgemini Consulting focusing on leadership and management development and organization change management, including training and communications with Fortune 500 clients and has also worked internally within HR departments across multiple industries and countries. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from James Madison University.
