Scott is a global business and HR leader who is passionate about improving the impact that HR, leaders, and employees have on people and business outcomes. Scott has spent the last 25 years working in and with HR and with senior executives in over 50 companies across industries to help them maximize the potential, performance and value of their people and the efficiency, effectiveness, and experience of the HR function. Scott has led and facilitated organizations as large at $100B and as small as $1M through complex, large-scale people and HR transformations. As a Business Consulting Psychologist, Scott combines science and evidence-based practice to help organizations and leaders discover where they are today, design where they need to go in the future, develop the actions needed to achieve where they want to go, and deploy and support the actions necessary to maximize their impact on business outcomes. Scott earned a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D.) in Business Psychology and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration from Eastern Michigan University. Scott’s professional certifications include the following: SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Master Human Capital Strategist (MHCS); Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP); Prosci Change Management. When he’s not spending time with his wife of twenty years, and their two children, Scott can be found playing golf, guitar, mountain biking, or swimming laps.
