Philip possesses a wealth of experience across many industries and geographies from turning around troubled teams to leading successful change efforts. He earned an MBA from INSEAD, alongside a Masters in Human Resource Management and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Performance from the University of Johannesburg. He is the founder of The Good Change Agency.
Laura has been an accomplished agent of change across a diverse range of industries throughout her entire career. She is renowned for infusing her distinctive blend of creativity and a getting-it-done mindset into each project and client engagement. She holds an MS in Organizational Development from The Johns Hopkins University and is a certified coach from The Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
