Ann Marie is a talent management, learning, and development expert and adept at designing and delivering employee engagement initiatives. She’s worked in financial services, retail, fintech, entertainment, media and PR, and startups. Her specialties include training, talent mobility, leadership development, team building, and employee engagement. Ann Marie has led organizational development and learning at Credit Suisse, Interpublic, Fidessa, and Saks OFF 5TH, where she’s had a proven track record of assessing client needs and quickly implementing practical, business-aligned solutions. She was recently awarded the Volunteer Mentor of the Year Award from Streetwise Partners, which assists college students in underserved communities in navigating the transition to corporate life. Always up for a challenge (she calls it fun!), she’s delivered and now coaches HR leaders to create Disruptive talks, and she sits on the board of executives for Disrupt HR NYC.
